The Victor Transfer Station
The Victor Transfer Station is open to the public six days a week. All loads brought to The Transfer Station must be secured and covered with a tarp. After reviewing the list of unacceptable waste items below, if you still have questions, please do not hesitate to call or complete our contact form.

Acceptable Payments
Unless other arrangements have been made, payments are due prior to leaving the transfer station. The payments types accepted at the transfer station include check, cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

- Ammunition
- Antifreeze
- Asbestos (for information about asbestos, contact the Missoula Landfill at 406-728-9572)
- Ashes of any kind (including burn barrels)
- Batteries, lead acid
- Fertilizer
- Fire extinguishers
- Fireworks or explosives
- Fluids: brake, transmission, lighter etc.
- Gas, diesel, fuels (must be drained from all items)
- Hazardous materials (for more information the Montana Dept. of Environmental Quality, Hazardous Materials Section at 406-444-5300)
- Household chemicals
- Medical or biohazard waste
- Oils, motor oil or cooking oil
- Paint, paint thinner or stain in liquid form (must be dried or solid)
- Pesticides, herbicides, insecticides
- Propane bottles (all sizes)
